The County of Sacramento's 1:1 Mentorship Program is a five-month, voluntary initiative to help full-time, permanent employees navigate their careers. Participants are matched with experienced mentors from across the County workforce, fostering one-on-one mentoring relationships that focus on developing key skills such as communication, interpersonal relationships, strategic thinking, and personal leadership. The program supports the mentor-mentee relationship by providing tailored guidance and practical advice to enhance career growth in the mentee's area of interest, helping them overcome challenges and build the confidence needed to achieve their goals.
