Mentors are leaders who are supervisory level or higher and have a minimum of 5 years or more experience in their field.  **Supervisor status includes those without direct reports but COULD supervisor others based on their job description.  Mentors guide and advise mentees in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

A Mentee is any professional who wants guidance and advice to further their career and to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
